Supplies needed:
PSP - I used X2 but this will work in any version
Tube of your choice
Font/s of your choice
Mura's - Clouds
Xenofex 2 - Constellation
My WordArt here
Template 69 by Melissa, grab from her blog



I used the awesome artwork of Suzanne Woolcott
You will need a license from Gorjuss Art to use her work
Please do not Suzanne's work without purchasing a license first.

Open Template 69 by Melissa
Press shift + D to duplicate and close the original
Delete Raster 10 & the Merged layer below it
Add a new raster layer, name it Background
Layers, Arrange, Send to Bottom
Flood fill this layer with white

Activate Raster 6
Copy and paste your image as a new layer
Rename Image
Select your Pick/Deform tool
Angle your image so it's inline with the frame




Activate Raster 5 and grab your magic wand
Mode - Add (shift) / Match Mode - RGB Value / Tolerance & Feather - 0 / Contiguous & Anti-Alias - checked
Select inside the frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 4 pixels
Selections, Invert
Activate your image layer and press delete on your keyboard
Selections, None

Duplicate your Image layer
On the copy, Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, radius set to 6
Lower the opacity to about 36
On the original Image layer
Change the blend mode to Luminace (Legacy)
Grab your magic wand again
Activate Raster 5 and click inside the frame
Selections, Modify, Expand by 4 pixels
Selections, Invert
Activate your Copy of Image layer and press delete on your keyboard
Selections, None
This will get rid of any blur from outside the frame

Activate Raster 5
Using your Manual Colour Correction tool
Change the colour of the frame to a colour that suitsyour image better
Note: to find this tool, go to View, Customise
Under unused commands find Manual Colour Correction and drag in onto your toolbar

Add a drop shadow of choice - I used
Vertical & Horizontal - 2
Opacity - 40
Blur - 5

Set your foreground to a light colour from your image
Set your background to a darker shade of the same colour
Activate Raster 3
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Effects, Plugins, Mura's - Cloud
Use the default settings
Selections, None
Activate Raster 4
Selections, All, Float, Defloat
Repeat the Mura's Cloud on this layer too
Keep Selected
Effects, Plugins, Xenofex 2, Constellation
From the settings menu choose Star Field
Then put a check in Keep original image




Selections, None

Activate Raster 8
Change the colour of this layer to a darkish colour from your image
Activate Raster 2 and change that to the same colour
Activate the Merged layer (the one under Raster 6) and change that to the same colour too
Activate the other Merged layer
Change the colour of this layer to match your frame layer

Activate Raster 4
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Rename Tube 1
Position on the left hand side of the frame (see finished tag)
Grab your magic wand with the same settings as before
Activate the merged layer above your tube
Select inside both parts
Selections, Modify, Expand by 4 pixels
Selections, Invert
Activate Tube 1 and press delete on your keyboard
Selections, None
Change the blend mode of Tube 1 to Luminace (Legacy)

Activate Raster 5 (which should be your top layer)
Coy and paste your tube again as a new layer
Rename Top Tube
Position on the right hand side of your frame (see finished tag)
Add a drop shadow of choice - I used the same settings as before

Open the wordart supplied
Note: you don't have to use my wordart, you can use any or make your own
The fonts I used for mine (in case you like them) were Century Gothic & Miss Le Gatees (pay fonts)
Activate WordArt_01
Copy and paste as a new layer
Position above the dotted line at the top of your tag
Change the colour of this to match your image
Grab your selection tool, with these settings:
Selection Type - Rectangle / Mode - Add (Shift) / Feater - 0 / Anti-Alias - checked
Draw a selection around 'with you as my'




Selections, Promote Selection to layer
Click on the original layer and press delete on your keyboard
Selections, None
On the promoted layer, lower the opacity to about 60 or whatever looks best depending on the colour of your wordart
Add a drop shadow to both layers - I used the same settings as before
Copy and paste WordArt_02 as a new layer
Position under the dotted lines at the bottom of your tag
Repeat the steps we just did for WordArt_01, but select the words i'm on & of the

Select your text tool and choose a nice font - I used Miss Le Gatees (pay font)
Set your foreground to null
Background to a contrasting colour that matches your tag
Create as vector and anti-alias both checked
Add your name
Place inside the frame where your image is
Use the nodes to stretch it out if needed and angle it to match the frame
When happy with the size and placement, Convert to raster
Add a drop shadow of choice - I used the same as I have throughout
Add your artists copyrights and your own taggers watermark
Delete your White background
Crop away any excess canvas and save as a jpg/png
